This hotel is located within the airport and is very convenient for early morning flights. The staff, especially Carlos, was warm, polite, and knowledgeable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had great amenities such as a coffee maker, free beverages, and blackout curtains for a peaceful sleep.
I highly recommend this place for its brilliant location and excellent service.

Excellent location to spend the night then catch our next day morning flight. It's only a 5 minute walk from the hotel room to the check in counters. We could check in our luggage and return to the room to relax until boarding time. Free drinks in the minibar was a great bonus and chocolates on the night stand was a nice touch. Room was really clean and the staff was very friendly.
We arrived late at night and there was no place nearby to get a decent meal. There was a 24 hour deli in the airport that served cold sandwiches ---- yuk! The laptop in the room did not have internet access as was promised. The coffeemaker was leaking water.

This hotel's location within the airport terminal made our travel experience a breeze. We didn't have to worry about transportation or parking since we were right in the heart of things. The cleanliness was impressive and the staff was friendly.
Everything was spot on.

Definitely the location, and the free minibar.
There are no shops or restaurants other than the ones at the airport. Its also hard to find, you need to look for the Business Centre at T1.

Its convenience within the Barcelona Airport to Airline checkin and flying out of the city. The room was very confortable.
The only thing we didn't like was that you are subjected to airport food.

Convenient location and free shuttle to the airport. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a coffee maker in the room, which was great for early breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Although the location of the hotel was great, the room itself was quite small and cramped. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat.

Air Rooms are located inside Barcelona's Terminal 1. They are a little on the expensive side but the location makes up for the extra price. This hotel is perfect for travellers with early morning flight out of Barcelona. You are practically inside the terminal and you can get to your checkin counter in 5-7 minutes. Our room was clean and staff was very helpful. Even though the check in time starts at 2:00pm the hotel staff let us check in early at 10:30am. The only negative is that direction to hotel are not well displayed. You have to go to the business centre in arrival area of Terminal 1. The hotel is inside the Business Centre

Loved the conveniency for when we had a very early check-in, starting at 4:30 that is! The staff was wonderful, the rooms superclean and the bed extra comfortable. They offered complimentary drinks and coffee. The cot for our baby was nicely ready. We loved it and would love to see Air rooms at every airport :)

This hotel is perfectly located for catching an early flight, as it's incredibly close to the airport. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with helpful staff at reception. the breakfast provided was filling and tasty.
The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as noise can be heard from neighboring rooms and possibly from above.

The location on Terminal 1 is very convenient. We had an early flight so it was a 5 minute walk to the counter.
Air Rooms are 10 modern rooms in the business center. They are very hard to find and no signs indicating where the hotel is. You have to look for the business center. No internet in the room for own computer, there is just a hotel laptop in the room where you can access the web but unless you connect to the airport wifii paying a fee you cannot connect your own pc. This is a business oriented hotel, they should offer wifii. As soon as we got to the front desk we noticed that there was barely any air conditioning. Once we got to our room we also noticed that even thought the A/C was set at 19 degrees the room was very hot. We called the front desk and they said that the A/C had only one setting for all of the business center and that included the rooms too. Since they have several conference rooms, it seems they turn off the A/C to save money, but they forget there are guests sleeping in the rooms. He said that there was nothing he could do and that if I was not happy I need to file the complaint. So, I am filing the complaint..... THE A/C DOES NOT WORK.... don't stay there!!!!

This location was extremely convenient as we had an early departure from Barcelona Airport. Our rooms were a 5 minute walk to the baggage check-in! The rooms were very clean and modern. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Thank you for making it a great stay.
There are no complaints about our stay at the hotel. However, nobody seemed to be familiar about Air Rooms and did not know if its location. With more advertising I am sure that will change. I gave the information to my travel agent so she can use your services in the future.

The hotel's location is perfect for those with early flights, as it's right in the airport. the room was modern and clean, and the complimentary minibar drinks were a nice touch. the shuttle bus service was reliable and convenient.
The room was uncomfortably warm, and the air conditioning took a long time to cool it down. the bathroom wasn't very private, and the shower caused water to spill out onto the bathroom floor.

The location in the new Terminal 1 of Barcelona Airport (bcn) makes it very convenient for an overnight stay if one has to catch a flight early next morning, as it was the case with me.
There are no signs in the terminal indicating where one can find the hotel. Not even the entrance is marked with the name "Air Rooms". The only place where I found this name was on the shampoo and body lotion bottles. Very weird. Look for the "Business Centre" signs to find the hotel. I believe they should either rename the hotel to "Business Centre" or put up separate "Air Rooms" signs. The phone in my room was not working properly. I could call the reception, but the reception could not reach me to put through an outside call. Instead of trying to fix it, the woman at the reception insisted that I was on the phone, because the line was busy when she tried to call my room. Good service is something else, especially not telling the customer that it is his fault. For the comfort and size of the room the price is too high - obviously a heavy terminal premium.

Good location inside Barcelona Airport, very convenient. Room was clean, and nicely designed.
It's hard to find this hotel. Breakfast is not served at "hotel", instead you get a ticket to VIP-lounge at the airport. They don't serve breakfast, only croissant and coffea.
